The Fellow of The Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) is the highest level of distinction by the RPS. The applicant must hold an ARPS and provide a statement of intent by the photographer and is given for the following categories:
- Applied Photography inc. Documentary
- Conceptual and Contemporary Photography
- Film
- Fine Art Photography
- Multimedia
- Natural History Photography
- Research, Education and Application of Photography
- Science photography
- Travel Photography
Requirement: A Panel of 20/21 Prints or Projected Images.
Criteria for pass: The highest standard of photography showing a very individual approach to picture making.
