How to submit your galleries

Types of galleries

Favourites

Each member can submit up to 20 of their favourite images to be featured in their member gallery.

Distinctions

Each member can submit all of their successful distinctions panels. These will be featured in the respective distinction section HERE and they will now also be included in the member gallery page.

Preparation of images

Gallery images

Please export all your images as follows:

  • 500 pixels maximum long edge
  • File size around 200KB max
  • .jpg format
  • You can set the resolution to 72 dpi, although this does not really matter
  • Naming convention favourites: Image title – Name (e.g. “Butterfly in Mist – Joe Bloggs.jpg”)
  • Naming convention disctinction panels: Order – Image title – Name (e.g. “01 – Butterfly in Mist – Joe Bloggs.jpg”)

Header image

At the top of your member gallery, you will see a large header image. Please provide this image separately with the following dimensions:

  • 1180 pixels width, 435 pixels height (aspect ratio 1:2.71)
  • File size around 250KB max
  • .jpg format
  • You can set the resolution to 72 dpi, although this does not really matter
